Websites Report Witches Are Casting Spells To Defeat The President in US Election

According to US News, the Guardian, DailyMail, and CBN News, witches across the Nation are casting spells to ensure the defeat of Donald Trump in the 2020 United States National election. The occultists have banded together to come up with 'binding spell' they believe will cause the defeat of the incumbent President.

Originally launched by a group of witches from Salem, Mass., during the lead-up to the 2018 midterm elections, #WitchTheVote is a cross-media initiative that identifies and promotes — as one witch says — "witch-worthy" political candidates: those who are progressive and social justice oriented.

More than a hashtag, #WitchTheVote is also, according to the group, a "collective intersectional effort to direct our magic towards electing candidates who will push our country and our planet forward into the witch utopia we all envision."

Here, intersectional feminist politics work alongside magic and creative media production to engage in political activism that includes advocacy around issues like affordable housing, reproductive rights and #BlackLivesMatter. #WitchTheVote runs a regular podcast and has also made and distributed zines with information for prospective voters, including how to register to vote and how to check to ensure your mail-in ballot was received.

This collective effort illustrates the ways in which "magical resistance" has become a popular, women-led form of mediated, political activism since the election of Donald Trump in 2016.

Last year at this time, President Donald Trump was dealing with the House Democrats' impeachment inquiry against him. If that wasn't enough, media outlets reported "thousands" of witches were trying to cast a "binding spell" on him on Halloween.

Now those practitioners of witchcraft are at it again, celebrating the rare confluence of two "powerful" moon events in one month, all in an effort to get Joe Biden elected and President Trump removed from office.

Communicating via social media, the witches plotted multiple "binding" events, and they just held their biggest attempt to spiritually attack the President on Oct. 31, right before the election. They've been using the hashtags #BindTrump and #MagicResistance, while calling for what they have named a "Blue Wave" spell on Oct. 31 and on Nov. 2. They have an official Bind Trump (Official) Facebook page. A call for witches to participate in this curse was also placed on Twitter. I wonder, would that be Twit—chcraft?

A person who self-identified as Terri Wonder wrote about their strategic plan in a post to the page last week: "There are some state(s) where Biden has turned the tide in polling and a range of others where another successful debate could cause another shift in those red and blue lines, swinging the state polls decisively in Biden's favor. Think Florida, Georgia, North Carolina. Let's work our magic hard."

Facebook shows the public group has more than 6,100 members.

The witches are feeling especially empowered about their actions in connection with Trump's COVID-19 infection. Some of them are claiming that their spells cast on the last full moon to bind Trump resulted in him catching COVID shortly thereafter.

Vice.com reports the witches were trying to figure out whose spell gave Trump the coronavirus. They say the announcement of the President's test result on Oct. 1 coincided with the harvest moon, which is significant to witches for its symbolism related to the changing of the seasons.

We’ve seen this sort of thing before. Remember Baalim, and the witch of Endor? Neither of those situations worked out the way the participants hoped. After all, the Bible calls us to pray for our leaders, not curse them (1 Timothy 2:1—4; 1 Peter 2:17).

So that’s the latest, friends. We are in dangerous times, full of dangerous people. And there is something that the enemy wants to steal, even more than our votes or our peace. Our minds (2 Cor. 41:4). But don’t fear. We have the Holy Spirit, and He can give us the mind of Christ! (1 Cor. 2:16; Philippians 2:5).
