From Scott:
“Yes our YouTube Channel is Gone. We've been flooded with inquiries about this. Here's what we know.
1. There were no strikes on the Belt of Truth channel.
2. YouTube shut the channel down this afternoon, saying that it "may have been hacked."
3. We appealed, and within the hour we received this:
4. The gospel work is harmful and dangerous to Satan.
5. We'd posted a video yesterday exposing Satan's lies about God's character - interviewing Walter Veith about the Kirk Cameron hellfire controversy. The video was going viral. And the full podcast interview of The Walter Veith Story was to drop in a few days.
6. Belt of Truth was about to produce a VIDEO book of The Great Controversy (like audio books, but with the reader - in this case, Scott Ritsema - on camera looking at the camera while the words of the book appear on the screen to reach those who don't read or listen to books but only watch videos).
7. We are in the great controversy.
All that Belt of Truth is asking is that you please pray for this attack to backfire on the enemy and reach more souls for the kingdom. That's all that matters to us. We are of good cheer, for He has overcome the world.”

[UPDATE from Scott—Big updates since I wrote that. Channel is back up]
Social media tyrants do this all the time. and often get away with it. Ted Wilson’s FB page was arbitrarily shut down a couple years ago (it was eventually reinstated). ASI’s channel is reportedly shut down too. On a practical level, Elon Musk buying Twitter broke the left’s stranglehold on social media, that’s positive. May the Lord return the actions of these bad actors on their own heads and bring good out of the experience (Psalm 7:16; Romans 8:28; Nehemiah 4:4).
