As was rumored over the weekend, the FDA has approved the Pfizer vaccine:
“Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.”
The approval letter is here. Studies will continue for several years, with the final studies not being complete until the year 2026.
It is unlikely that many who have personally researched vaccine efficacy and safety will be swayed by this action. There are simply too many unknowns. Everyone has his own perspective on what is in his best interests, and what medicines and treatments he will put into his own body. A person’s personal health decisions should be private and their privacy should be guarded and respected.
Unfortunately, they will not be respected. It is clear that the main purpose of this rushed approval of an insufficiently studied vaccine which has caused thousands of deaths is to clear the way for vaccine mandates.
If you watched Mat Staver’s presentation this past Sabbath afternoon, you know that the Emergency Use Authorization law (21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3) under which the vaccines have, up until today, been administered makes it illegal to force anyone to take the vaccine, and in fact requires that everyone be informed that they have the right to refuse the vaccine:
(A) Required conditions With respect to the emergency use of an unapproved producted, the Secretary . . . shall . . . establish such conditions . . . as the Secretary finds necessary or appropriate to protect the public health, including the following:
(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.
That, despite this clear, “black letter” statutory law, thousands of governmental entities and private institutions and employers have sought to impose vaccine mandates shows what astonishing contempt our ruling elites have for law.
But the EUA law no longer poses an obstacle to employers who want to force their employees to take the Pfizer vaccine.
Had the FDA done something of this nature six years ago, it would have met with widespread respect and would have been taken by the general public as an excellent indication that the product in question was both safe and efficacious, i.e., it won’t hurt you and will help you. But today, informed people do not trust the three letter agencies of the federal government, and with good reason. In this article, I barely scratched the surface of the evidence showing that several government agencies, such as the FBI, DOJ, IRS, and CIA, have been taken over by the Left and weaponized to further the goal of destroying the American republic.
It is now clear that the public health agencies (CDC, NIH, FDA, HHS) have joined the education system, the federal justice system (DOJ), and federal law enforcement (FBI), as organizations now controlled by the Left. Ideological alignment as the determining factor of institutional behavior has infected almost every facet of modern American life.
The public health agencies are just the latest examples in an ideologically bent permanent government that can no longer be trusted to make objective decisions in the best interest of the America people, based on evidence and data, and detached from the power goals of the deep state and the global elites.
The FDA’s handling of the Pfizer vaccine has been abysmal. They allowed Pfizer to abandon the control group—the people who were given a placebo, not the active vaccine—in their clinical trial (which showed an absolute [as opposed to relative] benefit of about 0.7%). They did this by insisting that Covid-19, a disease with a survival rate much higher than 99% in the under-65 demographic, was so dangerous that they could not ethically maintain a control group of unvaccinated people. There is now no way to compare adverse vaccination events, disease rates, hospitalizations, and deaths, as between the active vaccine group and the placebo group over time, over the next 2 years, 5 years, 10 years. And the FDA agreed with, and allowed, Pfizer’s sabotage of its main clinical trial. The FDA doesn’t appear to even be interested in science.
There’s also very little evidence that the Pfizer vaccine has any significant efficacy after about six months. As Dr. McCullough noted Friday evening, the Israelis, who were early and massive adopters of the Pfizer vaccine, say that its current efficacy is 17%. Seventy-eight percent of Israelis are fully vaccinated, yet Israel now has one of the highest infection rates in the world. Obviously, the Pfizer vaccine does NOTHING to prevent infection.
Vaccine proponents say that although the vaccines do not prevent infection (and do not prevent the jabbed from spreading the disease), they still prevent serious illness. But of 514 patients in Israel hospitalized with COVID-19 as of August 15, eight days ago, 59 percent were fully vaccinated. So obviously the Pfizer jab does not prevent severe illness.
This leaky, unsafe, non-efficacious jab should never have been approved. The acting head of the FDA who approved it, Janet Woodcock, is being (politically) quarantined. She will not be nominated for senate confirmation as a permanent head of the agency. She rammed through approval of the opioids (Fentanyl), the synthetic opium pills that have killed hundreds of thousands of Americans, so she was already politically toxic and disposable. She could not have been confirmed by the senate. In other words, no one with a future was asked to sacrifice it by approving the Pfizer jab.

As expected, Joe Biden is using the approval of the Pfizer jab as an occasion to call for more forced vaccination:
“Today I’m calling on more companies in the private sector to step up with vaccine requirements that will reach millions more people. If you’re a business leader, a nonprofit leader, a state or local leader, who has been waiting for full FDA approval to require vaccinations, I call on you now to do that,” Biden said. “Require it. Do what I did last month. Require your employees to get vaccinated or face strict requirements.”
