An Inside Job or Massive Incompetence? The Assassination Attempt on Donald Trump

July 16, 2024 Dillon Valadez

As I was sitting in my living room I saw notifications on my phone that were hard to believe. One read, “Was Trump just shot?” I wanted to verify this before I believed it, and after I looked into it, it was indeed true.

The news about the incident sounded familiar, a lone gunman climbed up on a roof, took aim, and attempted to shoot the President. In my mind it sounded so much like the narrative surrounding the assassination of John F. Kennedy in 1963. Since that time, the government of the United States has not bolstered its credibility, and certainly not under the current administration. The CIA controlled media would like us Adventists to believe the official story. Joe Biden said in the aftermath, “I urge everyone, please, don’t make assumptions about the [shooters] motives or affiliations.”[1] Is that because we might find something if we do? Who knows?

This assassination attempt is relevant to Adventists because things like this do not happen in isolation from prophecy. Revelation 13:11 says “he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.”

The two lamb-like horns represent the part of the United States which Adventists appreciate most, the separation of powers. The civil power is represented by one horn and the protestant power is represented by the other. However, the words of the beast are similar to the little horn power in Daniel 7, 8, and the beginning of Revelation 13. This means the “remnant of her seed” and those that “keep the commandments of God” will be persecuted by the mouth of the beast which. It is only through the occasional providence of God that the separation of powers stops the godless actions of many of the lawmakers and affiliated bureaucrats from turning this country into a morass of godless, atheistic, socialists.

So, let’s do the smart thing and ignore Joe Biden and let's consider an “alternative narrative”. Let us look at the more complicated version of events that led up to that terrible event July 13th.

First let's start with Trump’s security detail that day. The director of the United States Secret Service (USSS) is Kimberly A. Cheatle. Cheatle’s rise to this position undoubtedly starts with her first job protecting Vice President Dick Cheney, the noted Neo-conservative architect of the Weapons of Mass Destruction lie and the invasion and restructuring of Iraq. After this she would go on to work in the USSS internal affairs units, and then end up as a supervisor of the security for Joe and Jill Biden. Eventually she becomes the head of the entire USSS, the first woman to hold this position[2].

Deadly DEI

Although I believe Cheatle is herself an unqualified diversity hire like many other of Biden’s appointments, we can know for sure that she employed a large number of diversity hires. Before this debacle she is quoted as saying,

“I am well aware we need to attract diverse candidates and ensure we are developing and giving opportunities to everybody in our workforce, and particularly women.”

One of Cheatle’s main goals in the DEI arena is to increase the number of women officers to 30%. Think about how monumentally stupid this is. Why would the USSS want to focus on diversity, and especially to increase the number of women officers? Every single woman officer is slower, weaker, on average shorter, and apparently, less skilled and less brave from their actions that day, than the male officers. One officer, who looks like she could barely run a mile in 30 minutes if she gave it her all, can be seen fumbling with her firearm, and being unable to re-holster it, as though she never used one before. Trump went into that event protected by a detail consisting, to a large degree, of unskilled women.

Sector Sketch

Next, the USSS is very thorough before events take place. They will arrive days before the event occurs and figure out every possible vantage point a shooter could be. They classify areas in concentric circles working outwards to 1,000 meters at least. Within each of these circles distances are exactly taken for every member of the team so that, if necessary minimal or no adjustments are needed on their sights, shots can be immediately fired off. If for some reason they cannot personally scale a building or high point, it is common to use high barriers to block a direct line of sight to the target, and, again, this is done outward to 1,000 meters from where the protectee will be positioned.

But the shooter, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, was able to get upon a building less than 150 meters away. According to long distance shooters hitting a mark at 150 meters with a rifle is extremely easy, which is why the security team makes certain there are no high points unaccounted for out to 1,000 meters. Strangely, Crooks was able to scale the building with a large ladder propped up by the building with a rifle on his back. Many witnesses saw him and recorded him on their phone, here, here, and here. (New evidence indicates that local police were using this same building as a makeshift headquarters and there were three snipers inside.)

Local police, investigating these claims, ascended the ladder and confronted Crooks[3]. After brandishing his weapon the police officer backed down, whereupon Crooks turned and fired, hitting three people in the crowd killing one, and injuring Donald Trump’s right ear. According to Forbes, some officers arrived at the building after this officer raised the alarm via radio and were climbing onto the roof, but by that point the the shooting had occurred and the assassin was dead.

But why was there no real reaction until the shooter decided to fire his weapon? This should have happened immediately upon verification, all of which happened a couple minutes before the shooting took place. The snipers on the opposing roof were able to kill the shooter immediately. This means they were watching him the entire time, because in the videos taken of him they never take their sights of the same location[4]. How did someone with an AR-15 style rifle walk up to a building giving a clear line of sight shot to the president and set up for several minutes?

Two Options

So we are left with two options, this was a complete fiasco or this was a deliberate attempt by some group of individuals with enough wherewithal and leverage to cause the critical pieces to be in place just the way they wanted it. Robert J. Hanlon wrote, “Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.” In this case there is a lot of stupidity.

And if it is true that a 20 year old was able to wander into a large political event with an AR-15 and happen to find a ladder right next to a building where he would have a perfect shot at the former president, that is an ocean of stupidity. In fact, it seems so stupid that it is hard to believe. Crooks might not have acted alone. He may have been helped, or perhaps controlled as I suspect Jack Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald were controlled. We don’t know.

Gratitude

I thank God the worst did not happen. The left, and by extension, Satan, has desired to kill Trump for years. They have talked about it, fantasized about it, and acted it out since he won in 2016.

I believe Trump is awakening in all of us the best and worst of humanity. I do not see an easy road forward if he is the next President, but I would not want a democrat or a Neo-con in office either. Trump is causing us to confront some of the most persistent problems in our society, and like a painful surgery, it is sometimes difficult to remove those cancers. But by confronting them we have become better.

For example, Roe v. Wade was overturned, and the regulation of abortion was thereby returned to the states, which have the general police power. Trump has a much more sensible position on transgender issues than Biden. And, he is much more friendly towards Christianity than the godless gaggle of communists and homosexuals Biden has found to work in his administration. The long term consequences of Trump’s likely victory are hard to forecast, but one thing seems clear, God is keeping Trump alive for a reason. Let us pray for him.
