One interesting aspect of liberal Adventism is that it is magnetically attracted to liberal organizations, leaders and icons around the world. One of those icons is Pope Francis. No sooner did the Jesuit pontiff bare his liberal/socialist soul to the world, than liberal Adventism was there to jump on board the Catholic Liberal Express.
At the risk of boring the reading audience, there is yet another Roman Catholic Church priest sex scandal which has been appearing “above the fold” in recent news. This time, it's numerous tragedies in Chile, decades ago, which are coming to the fore, and the Pope's response to one of the victims' is certain to further endear liberal Adventism to the Papacy. From the BBC:
“A gay man who experienced sexual abuse by priests in Chile has said Pope Francis told him in a private meeting that "God made you this way and he loves you"...
“Mr. Cruz said he had been told for years by the cardinals in Chile that as a gay man he was living "a life of perversion", that he"wasn't worthy" and that "I probably liked the abuse because I was gay".
A Catholic news site echoed the BBC report:
“Juan Carlos, that you are gay doesn’t matter,” Francis reportedly told clerical sexual abuse survivor Juan Carlos Cruz. “God made you like this and loves you like this and it doesn’t matter to me. The Pope loves you like this, you have to be happy with who you are.”
How incredibly hateful this purple and scarlet cloaked church is. Homosexual, pedophillic priests commit heinous sinful acts upon young boys by performing any and all kinds of demonic behaviors on them, such as the viewing of pornographic images, rape, forced masturbation, forced oral sex, physical beatings, and above all the psychological deflowering of a precious youth by debasing the image of God in said persons. The youth are taught in the “art” ofhomosexual deviancy. Is it any wonder then that such youth grow up sexually perverted themselves? Is it any wonder that Mr Cruz is gay? Is it any wonder that his life is filled with so much pain?
How does the papacy respond to this man being gay? Well, what is the easiest way to sidestep the issue? “God made you that way.”
No, God didn't make him that way. The Catholic priests did. The priests took their perverted sexual "shoe" and slipped it on to these young boys. Talk about passing the buck.
Talk about “blaming” God for him being in this sinful state, and then saying that it's okay anyway, and to be happy about it! But the Bible says this:
“Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird” (Rev 18:2).
