Dominican Republic—According to Baluarte, a Pentecostal Church in the Dominican Republic has invited the pastor Stephen Bohr to preach a series of topics entitled "As in the days of Noah."
This event will take place from July 13 to 17, 2024.
The sermons will take place at the facilities of the El Brisal Sports and Cultural Club, located in Santo Domingo Este.
The Pentecostal church extends a cordial invitation to the entire community to participate in these days of reflection and spiritual teaching. As Adventists, we can pray that many souls will respond to Bible truths presented by Stephen Bohr.
Notice the heavy irony between the Southwestern Regional Conference inviting a Pentecostal woman to address an Adventist audience and Stephen Bohr being invited to speak at a Pentecostal gathering. We much prefer the latter.
Notice also the irony between heavy-handed Adventist Conferences refusing to allow Pastor Bohr to speak in their territories, and a Pentecostal Church in the Caribbean inviting him to speak on biblical truths. This is a good opportunity for outreach.
