A jury awarded a young woman $2 million dollars after finding two doctors liable for malpractice for performing a sex change procedure on the plaintiff when she was a minor.
Fox Varian, 22, sued both the psychologist and the plastic surgeon responsible for carrying out a double mastectomy on her in 2019, when she was 16 years-old. Varian, who is now pursuing an acting career, is the first known “detransitioner” to take such a case to trial, let alone win, multiple outlets reported.
Jurors awarded $1.6 million for pain and suffering she endured, and $400,000 to cover her future medical expenses, The Epoch Times reported. Varian’s attorney had asked for $8 million, a significantly larger amount in total damages. The jury found that Einhorn and Chin’s professional conduct was a “departure from the standard of care,” the Epoch Times reported, which should put the fear of God into every quack in America who has cut the breasts off of an underage girl.
The case, styled Varian v. Einhorn, was filed in Westchester County, New York. It lists Varian as the sole plaintiff, and New York-based clinical psychologist Kenneth Einhorn, Ph.D, and his employer, Carmel Psychological Associates, P.C., and New York-based plastic surgeon Simon H. Chin, M.D., and his employer, Caremount Medical, P.C., as the defendants.
“I have identified 28 de-transitioner lawsuits filed to date,” wrote Benjamin Ryan, an independent journalist who attended every day of the trial. “Varian v. Einhorn was the first to go to trial and the first to win a judgment, making history.”
Chris “Billboard Chris” Elston, an activist known for his opposition to the sexual mutilation of minor children, hailed the verdict in Varian’s case in a late Friday social media post:
“The first victory in court for a young woman who was harmed by gender doctors as a child!” Elston wrote from his “Billboard Chris” X account. “Fox Varian had her breasts removed as a 16-year-old girl because she was indoctrinated to believe she was trans. She has been awarded $2 million.”
“This is not going to be the last lawsuit . . . one of the most evil aspects of this, which is there is a multi-million dollar, if not a multi-billion dollar, industry behind this, behind pushing these supposed treatments that are just abusing kids,” said Senator Ted Cruz of Texas. “You’ve got doctors who are making massive amounts of money, and this lawsuit—you want to talk about changing physician behavior and changing hospital behavior—this lawsuit is significant.”
“In coming years, the floodgates will open as more go to trial,” Robby Starbuck, director of “The War on Children,” commented. “What was done to these kids is a crime against humanity. An unforgivable evil that must be extinguished from the earth. Never again. The damage these kids carry is heartbreaking.”
The verdict came less than two months after Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) would prohibit hospitals from performing sex-change surgery on minors.
What should be even more frightening to the quacks who have promoted the barbaric lunacy of sexually mutilating minor children is that this was a New York state jury, and New York is an extremely Left-wing jurisdiction. “Providers thought blue-state juries would protect them,” noted attorney Rick Jaffe. “They were wrong.”
Writing on Substack, cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough called the Varian case “one of the most consequential medical malpractice trials in recent American history,” whose verdict may discourage insurers from covering “gender-affirming” procedures.
Comment: It appears that the sexual revolutionaries—the “Sodom” part of what is prophetically referred to as “Sodom and Egypt”—have at last gone too far. Cutting the breasts off a 16 year-old girl is so palpably insane, so obviously barbaric and demonic, that one wonders how we got here.
We got here through a decades-long process in which biblical morality and the created sexual order was intentionally dismantled, brick by brick. It started in the late 60s-early 70s, when abortion, pornography, and sodomy were all effectively legalized, and marriage was legally gutted by the adoption of “no fault” divorce in all 50 states. The full acceptance and normalization of homosexuality was accomplished in 2015, when the U.S. Supreme Court redefined marriage from its eternal and universal definition of being between a man and a woman, to being between two men or two women.
The print on that decision was not even dry when the forces of the beast from abyss began pushing the trans delusion. Gender dysphoria, a rare mental illness that afflicted less than one person in 50,000, was promoted by a cadre of Marxist public school teachers to the point that it became an issue in 1 child in 20. This was obviously a planned and manipulated social contagion, and generally very transient, but the medical profession saw that there was money to made, and moved to legitimate the permanent sexual mutilation of minor children.
But the American public, which went along with the cremation of the rest of the created sexual order, seems finally to have had enough. Basta! The American people have at last been pushed too far. If even a suburban New York City Jury will award millions in damages to a mutilated girl, the jig is up.
