Please host Coming Together Ministries to conduct a seminar on campus. Theirs is a biblical-based message of repentance, and freedom from moral failure. Testimonies of those who have forsaken LGBTQ sinful lifestyles are inspiring and needed in this morally confused culture that we find ourselves in (Ephesians 4:22). Especially for young people in your care. Through repentance and cleansing, anyone can experience moral freedom and find peace, joy and fulfillment by accepting God’s gracious plan for their life (1 Cor. 6:11).
The Advent Message by design is to prepare a people to meeet Jesus at His Return. What better way to do that than to put away falsehoods (lies) from our hearts (Ephesians 4: 22, 25).
When we repent of moral sin, we are transformed from being spiritual infants — tossed about by the waves of infidelity, and carried around by every wind of teaching and deceitful scheming (Ephesians 4:14) — to mature adults. Spiritual infants are corrupted by deceitful desires and children of wrath (Ephesians 2:3). Through repentance, and humbling ourselves before Jesus Christ, we become adult Christians, fit for every good work (Colossians 1:10).
It’s a shame that many SDA institutions are looking to see how close they can come to our wicked culture, rather than eschewing evil and doing good (1 Peter 3:11). This will be their eternal undoing, unless they repent (Matthew 15:14). There is time.
But not much time is left.
