Adventist Frontier Mission Gets New Chairman and Board Member

Adventist Frontier Missions (AFM) appointed Dwight Nelson as board Chairman, effective March 31, 2026.

Dwight Nelson was pastor of Pioneer Memorial SDA church in Berrien Springs for 4 decades, and is well known.

AFM also appointed Philip Brantley as a board member. Brantley isn’t quite as well known as Nelson, but has engaged in online discourse for a couple decades. Here are some of Philip Brantley’s upbeat social media postings, a few of which were made on F7. Many of his public posts are on Facebook, Advindicate, Spectrum and others.

We wish AFM well. With these new positions and board members, they should be able to market themself to entirely new audiences.
