AFM deserves our support and patience as they rebuild their organization, and continue to reach precious souls for the gospel. Here is a statement from their President, Brad Mills,
“AFM exists for one purpose: to reach the unreached with the gospel, and we intentionally remain non-political so that nothing distracts from that mission.
In a recent instance, a board member was nominated without full awareness of that individual’s politically expressive activity on social media. Once this was brought to our attention, we acted promptly, and that individual is no longer serving on the AFM board. We acknowledge that this vetting process should have been stronger, and we are taking steps to ensure greater diligence moving forward.
AFM remains committed to staying focused, correcting course when needed, and directing all of our energy toward the urgent task of sharing Christ with those who have not yet heard” (Brad Mills).
