News: Remix News reports on a recent study conducted on behalf of the city of Vienna, Austria, where Muslim children now comprise 41% of the “students” in Vienna’s schools, making them the largest religious group in the public education system (Christians comprise only 34.5%). Austria has anciently been a Roman Catholic country and, after a brief Protestant interlude, was Roman Catholic again subsequent to the Counter-Reformation.
Comment: Formerly Christian Europe is being rapidly Islamized, and will be majority Muslim within twenty-five or thirty years. The United States is being Islamized more slowly, but a new mosque opens every two weeks in the north central Texas area.
News: The study, published on May 12, 2026, was led by Kenan Güngör, who notes that Forty-one percent (41%) of Muslim youth agree with the statement that Sharia law take precedence over the laws in Austria, whereas only 21% of the Christian youth believed that the rules of Christianity should take precedence over Austrian law, as reported in Austrian news outlet Der Standard. Furthermore, 46 percent of Muslim respondents believe that one must be prepared to “fight and die in defense of one’s faith,” a view shared by 24 percent of Christians.
Comment: This study is based upon the bizarre premise that Islam is comparable to Christianity in regard to attitudes on religion in public life, but this is absurdly false. Islam teaches that the entire society must be subject to Sharia law, which is public law, and that all faithful Muslims have a duty to impose Sharia law on the societies in which they live, whereas Christianity teaches that faith is primarily manifested inwardly, and within the Christian Church, the community of believers, and that outreach and evangelism are conducted through witnessing and persuasion, not by imposing laws. Hence, what is surprising in this study is that the Muslim numbers were not much higher, and that the Christian numbers even lower.
News: Eighty-two percent (82%) of Austrians view democracy as the best form of government, whereas only 47 percent of Syrians (living in Austria), 50 percent for Chechens (living in Austria), and 61 percent for Afghans (living in Austria) share this view.
Comment: Half to 60% of Muslims living in Austria believe what orthodox Islam teaches, which is that Sharia law is God’s law, whereas laws passed by elected legislatures and enforced by elected governors are merely “man-made laws” that deserves no respect.
News: The research, which surveyed 1,200 individuals between the ages of 14 and 21 across 10 different ethnic backgrounds, indicates that a third of Muslim youth have become more religious recently. Their identity is shaped much more by religion than for Christians, manifesting in higher rates of praying, fasting, and mosque attendance. Seventy-three percent (73%) percent of Shiite and 68 percent of Sunni Muslims identify as religious, while only 41 percent of Catholic and 38 percent of Orthodox Christian youth say the same.
Comment: There is no inherent difference between Christianity and Islam that should make Muslims more religious than Christians. This is simply a result of post-Christian Europe being increasingly secular, and Christianity having an ever-shrinking presence and influence in Western culture.
News: The Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) (a right wing party comparable to Alternative for Deutschland (AFD) in Germany) is raising the alarm about the rapid demographic change in Austria and Vienna:
“Austrians will soon be strangers in their own country,” said Hannes Amesbauer, security spokesman for the FPÖ. FPÖ National Council member Maximilian Weinzierl, the FPÖ youth spokesperson and federal chairman of the Freedom Party Youth said:
“What we as the FPÖ have been warning about for decades, but which was always dismissed as right-wing scaremongering, is now reality: Immigration has completely overrun our country….41.2 percent of Muslim students – that’s no longer a minority, that’s the new majority [plurality]. And it’s not just that Austrian children have become a minority in schools. Even together with other Christian European migrants, they are fewer than non-European Muslims. This is the direct result of replacement migration, asylum abuse, and the denial of reality by the SPÖ, ÖVP, and Greens [other Austrian parties].
In more and more school classes, German is a second language, and our values are becoming increasingly secondary. Our children are being marginalized by migrants. This is no longer immigration, this is displacement.”
Comment: No kidding. Displacement is the entire point of mass transformative immigration, and was the plan all along.
