Pastor Ron Kelly’s mother died around 4:30 this morning, in Florida.
From a Facebook post on Med Missionary:
“In his sermons at the Village Seventh-day Adventist Church he often spoke about her influence in his life and her insistence on Adventist education, even if she sent him to buy her cigarettes. There came a point when he refused her request for the cigarettes. A couple of years ago, Ron’s mom was re-baptized. Looking forward to the Resurrection when we’ll see Jetty again. Until then …”
We send our heartfelt sympathy to the Kelly family, and invite others to pray for them. May the Lord be their strength, wisdom and peace as they tend to the loss of their mother and grandmother.
Memorial service will be in Peoria, Illinois, and details will follow.

SONG
Complete in Thee, no work of mine, could take, dear Lord, the place of Thine;
Thy blood hath pardon bought for me, and I shall stand complete in Thee.
Yea, justified, oh, blessed thought, And sanctified, salvation wrought.
Thy blood hath pardon bought for me, And glorified I, too, shall be.
